      TD reffers to TOWN DELIVERY and NON TD reffers to NON TOWN DELIVERY.
      Basically its just two types of sorting centres depending on your location if its a town or non town.
      Hope it helps.. (bonus: it has nothing to do with customs as clears customs anf and then it goes to sorting centre)
