1) The officials working in computerised post offices do not perform 'DAY END' sequence properly. Hence the check list enclosed should be circulated to all PMs, SPMs & they may be informed that they will be personally responsible for non reflection of data on project arrow website due to non performance of day end sequence. Suitable action be taken on erring PMs, SPMs.

CHCKLIST
1. Meghdoot 7.0.2 (Update_1) and speednet 3.1.2 is upgraded
2. Perform Day end in the following sequence:-
Speednet with BNPL articles data entry. Do not flush data in speednet.
Postman
Despatch
Point of sale
Sanchay post with SB Cash
Sub Account
Treasury
3. After successful transmission of DET run communication module of the following:
eMO
ePayment
RNet
Speednet
EMS Analyser
4.Backup for all databases have been taken & stored in:
The server itself
One more computer(other than server)
Any external storage device such as external hard disk, pen drive, tape drive etc
