REVISED INLAND SPEED POST RATE  FROM 01.10.2012

How to change new revised Inland Speed Post rate in Point of Sale

1] Go to POS --> Super -->  Click on Configure menu -->  Click on Tariff Revision --->  Click on Yes
     button --> Select SPEED POST INLAND option  and click on SELECT button -->
2]  First select LOCAL distance slab and click on SELECT button -->  Now select 1 to 50 grams row in
     FIXED TAB and click on EDIT button -->  and entered amount of Rs.15 in amount column and click
     OK button . 
3]  Next select 51 to 500 grams row and click on EDIT button  and as  per below given slab of local
     change the weight slab as  51 to 200 grams and feed Rs.25 in amount column.
4]  Now click on INSERT button and entered the new slab of 201 to 500 grams with Rs.30
5]  Now change amount of every additional 500 grams Rs.10 instead of Rs.5 through EDIT button.-->
     Click on OK and CLOSE button for SELECT another  DISTANCE SLAB
6] Now select one by one distance slab i.e. 200kms,  201 to 1000kms, 1001 to 2000kms and Above
     2000kms and change the slab as per new revised rates. 
7] Before leaving out the distance slab

     ONCE AGAIN CHECK THE ALL NEW REVISED RATES 

    ARE  PROPERLY FEED IN RESPECTED ROWS & DISTANCE SLAB.

It is noticed that few TSOs are not properly uploaded SO daily account in them post offices folders in MRPPOST → FILEHUB.

Follow the following procedure for uploading the your office SO DAILY ACCOUNT FILE  through MRPOST –> FILEHUB.

( It is requested to all UPLOAD your office SO daily account file before leaving the office )

1] Start Internet Connect

2] Type www.mumbaicitynedn.blogspot.com --> Click to UPLOAD A/C--FILEHUB OR type
     http://filehub.mrpost.org in address bar

3] Now home page of Filehub is view on your screen

 
4] Enter the your office USER ID and PASSWORD

5] After enterening user id and password following screen viewed

 

6] Now see here serially 1 to 31 folders are available with CONTENT message. Now you scroll down the vertical scroll bar and selecte CURRENT FOLDER and now you will see following screen

and noticed that under CHEMBUR HO all SUB POST OFFICE'S folders are available.

7] Now you will click on your office folder and following screen open

8] Now below the MRPOT.ORG heading → click on → UPLOAD A FILE icon and you will see

9] Click on BROWSE button → and selected your office today uploaded ZIP file

( Ex : ANUSHAKTINAGAR40009400010812 ) . Entered the Title and Description and finally

click on ACCEPT button. Wait till message is dispalyed FILE SUCCESSFULLY UPLOADED.

10] After successfully uploading file LOG OUT to MRPOST → FILEHUB.
